Online payments made through this website towards subscription is provided by eNeFeS VENTURES PRIVATE LIMITED, referred to as MERCHANT Subscriptions purchased on the website are not auto-recurring.

Online payments by Users / Subscribers are subject to the acceptance of terms and conditions which shall be amended or modified from time to time by the MERCHANT

Users are requested to read the terms carefully before using the online payment facility for the Products / Services of MERCHANT. Using the online payment facility on the website implies that the user has accepted the terms and conditions.

All payment are made in advance for the Subscriptions / Packages / Services

Subscriptions purchased on the website are not auto-recurring

Prices quoted in the website are in Indian Rupees only

The MERCHANT reserves the right to change the prices at any time.

Payment will generally reach the MERCHANT account within 2 working days.

The MERCHANT cannot accept liability for payments not reaching the MERCHANT account due to any circumstances arising out of incorrect credentials / data provided by User. The Merchant shall not accept liability if payment is declined / turned down by the internet banking system / credit/debit card provider or UPI / Wallet service provider for any reason.

If payment is declined by the bank/credit/debit card service provider, the MERCHANT is under no obligation to bring about the facts to notice. The onus is on the user concerned to check with his/her bank/credit/debit card supplier/UPI/wallet service provider, the reason for failed transaction.

In no event, the MERCHANT shall be liable for any loss, damage, compensation whatsoever arising out of the use, inability to use, or the results of use of this site.

Refunds

Refunds, if applicable, at the discretion of the MERCHANT shall be made only to the user’s net banking account/debit/credit card used for the specific transaction.

For the avoidance of doubt nothing in this Policy shall require the MERCHANT to refund the Fees (or part thereof) unless such Fees (or part thereof) have been credited to the MERCHANT account on more than one occasion for the same product / subscription.

Users having opted for a refund of paid subscription shall be eligible for refund if request is raised within the first ten days of the subscription period, meeting the abovementioned criteria for a refund.

Requests received after the period of ten days will be liable to cancellation charges calculated on pro-rata basis, based on the number of days of active subscription.
